Fedex complaint
!I expected my ground shipment on 7/29/08 as stated on website. Came back with couldn't find address. ok I called-gave directions & phone #. Next day delivery guaranteed. Again-couldn't find address. Get real! You only make 1 turn to get to my house! My 5 yr old can find it for christs sake.! UPS and DHL have no problem. They found it on 1st try. What is FedEx's problem. Just don't want to delivery because it is in rural area. HELLO! You are paid to delivery anywhere and on time.Quit if you can't!!
