Fedex has got to be the worst delivery service i have ever encountered. Three times i have had my package delivered to the wrong address. Three times my packages have been stolen from the wrong address. When i go to the address to retrieve my package from the wrong door of course my neighbors claim they never saw the package.
And yes i have put in 3 claims but so far only been told an investigation is in place that was a month ago.
I have had to stop doing business with companies that insist on shipping fedex because i can't afford to not receive the packages.
