FedEx Crap service but stilled billed

FedCrap services should be what its named. Paid for delivery got package late after it toured the province, BC. On top of that I filed an online complaint which it is easier to ignore I guess. Was sent a bill for brokerage fees which I'm thinking of telling them to go stuff themselves. I just called the customer services and asked for a partial refund of my shipping charges. I was told to bad and I should contact the shipper who sent my package and they should refund me my money!!!! Go figure. AND, I still have to pay the brokerage and 'other' fees as well.
