FedEx Ground doesn't pick up, much less deliver, their shipments. I have been screwed by FedEx, their robot phone customer service system, incompetent and lying staff and non-existent service guarantees so many times I can't count. FedEx will tell you in person, on the phone and online guaranteed delivery times they have no intention of keeping. Forget FedEx, Brown (damages everything or leaves a "call tag") Orange (contract drivers who deliver only a couple hours a day) and all the other worthless carriers. Someone new needs to enter this game and actually deliver what is promised and customers pay for.
