I bought a laptop online and was supposed to be delivered on the 17th of June.

For two days the tracking webpage said that delivery had been attempted but not completed.

What a crock! I work in a single room office and I take lunch at my desk. FedEx never even came to the door. He simply never even tried to deliver the package.

I still haven't seen my package. Everyone in my area says this driver takes several days to deliver after the webpage says it's "loaded on the truck for delivery". For some reason Fedex won't fire this guy, even though we've registered several complaints.

I can only guess that the problem is not with the driver, but with the management that won't deal with him.

Do not use Fedex. "Anytime, anywhere" is false advertising, as far as I'm concerned.
