I used FedEx to ship a package that was a gift to a US address. I am from from another country. It came back to the company because FedEx couldn't deliver it, hmmmmm....company made a mistake and had my name on the package and not the person I was sending it to as I thought. It was redelivered and wow it came back to the company again. Physical address and postal box was on the package but FedEx said they couldn't deliver they only deliver to one or the other. If I found a package with a physical address on it even I could deliver it but not FedEx. First time using FedEx and the last, never had that problem with any other company.
