Twice now have been burned by poor service from FedEx.The latest involves FedEx delaying delivery of a package due to their claim of an inaccurate address.
Address was 100% correct and the $200.00 priority overnight is in their pocket so they don't care. Why not call the number on the package? The Customer Service Rep. was inaudible on the phone.
