Twice now have been burned by poor service from FedEx. The latest involves FedEx delaying delivery of a package due to their claim of an inaccurate address.

Address was 100% correct and the $200.00 priority overnight is in their pocket so they don't care. Why not call the number on the package? The Customer Service Rep. was inaudible on the phone.

Shame on you Mr.

Smith, you should be marooned on an island with a volley ball for the way your company treats it's customers. I'd rather have Drones delivering my time sensitive information!!!!!
