Title says it all.4/29/14 I ordered a hat and shirt from the fedex company store.
5/1/14 they sent an email saying "Unfortunately we were unable to obtain an authorization on the payment that was provided. As such, we are unable to ship your order." 5/5/14 they sent email saying I should receive the package 5/7/14. What was the point of using their two day mail? Especially after I called 4/29/14 to confirm and the rep said it should arrive 5/2/14.
I am not impressed at all with this company. It's a good thing my items were not really that important. From now on if I can avoid Fedex mail delivery I certainly will.
To top it off my package came from a Fedex company store.And that people is what really grinds my gears.
