Paid to have a product shipped 2nd Day Business, did not even receive tracking information until 18 days later. Once they "found" the package, it took then 4 to 5 for the company to get it.

Detroit to Toledo, and it took them 23 days to ship a set of brake pads for a car.

Second issue. Ordered a set of exhaust headers from JC Whitney. Evidently they went from Pennsylvania, to Missouri, then back to Detroit.

The box looked like they had used it to play soccer with. Ripped, torn, the packaging inside that had the bolts and screws was ripped open and I had to dig through the box and count and make sure everything was there that was supposed to be.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of very poor customer service and delivery service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of brake pads shipping. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
