You: xxxxxxxxxx is the first one. all 3 of my packages have gone package exception and the other 2 showed up late, also showed up around 8 at night.

You: What weather? its sunny out, i have never had this issue before.

Jesrael A: The delay might not be in your area but the weather delays in some areas specialy where your package is passing through might affect the delivery of your package. In addition, We have processes in place for the high volume expected during holidays. I humbly request your understanding on this matter.

You: I would understand if it was 1 package every now and then but all 3 packages in a row, and supposedly its here in town but now delayed. I dont understand how it can happen 3 times in a row.

You: the last 2 said end of business day and they showed up around 8pm at night. From my experience the end of business day is around 5pm.

There is no end to the business day anymore. Not even banker's hours - there's 24 hr access to that, too.

I know exactly what you mean - I worked 8-5 in a factory and factory office for decades, but those days that meant I couldn't get to the bank except on Friday (open late - until 6) ... just be glad they got your packages delivered and no more Jesrael.
