Never Attempted Delivery, but Cited "Failed Delivery" to FedEx
I took a half-day from work, in order to be at my residence for the 10:30 AM delivery stated on the FedEx tracking site. My apartment's living room and balcony overlook the parking lot and front door, so I staked myself out on the patio. Imagine my surprise when at 9:30 AM, as I'm enjoying a cup of coffee on said patio, I check the FedEx tracking site to discover my packages status to be "Delivery Attempted: Failed Delivery Due to Resident Not Being Home" with a time stamp of THREE MINUTES EARLIER. I look around, and see NO SIGN of a delivery truck. I walk to the front door of my building: there is no note. There is no proof of a delivery truck coming to my apartment AT ALL. So I call FedEx customer service. After zero help from Consuela, I was transferred to supervisor Carol who claimed that they would attempt to call the driver and ask him to turn around. Apparently, by the time they got in touch with the driver, he was already an hour away. How this is even possible, since he "just attempted delivery" is beyond my comprehension. Carol then tells me that the delivery truck will be able to stop by at 1:40 PM today. Only problem: I'll be at work. Working. Because I could only call in for a half-day. Carol basically said "can't do anything else.. you could get it delivered tomorrow" (who are these people, that they think I have all this free time where I don't have to work?) or "pick it up tonight at the shipment depot" (IF they leave me a note, that is...) So I'm off to work without a package, only the promise that I might be able to drive 20 miles out of my way to the shipment depot, and finally claim the package I paid extra shipping to have delivered to my door this morning. Thanks FedEx for the amazingly BAD experience.

Fedex Claim is bad
I am foreigner, and it seems their treating me differently. I claimed three month ago, and I made at least 5calls to check it, and Fedex never followed up. First they says "we declined your claim" then now they says it's going to management level now...??? what is that mean ??? I want simple answer, if it is declined what is the reason?? Agent attitude is also also very very bad, she raise her voice up, and not trying to explain, but keep saying samething over and over.. I really do not want to use Fedex unless it's only one option. I rather use USPS.

I ordered some parts from eBay and FedEx was supposed to bring it me. I tracked it online and it said that it was supposed to be delivered today. Because of that i spend whole day near the doors waiting for it. However, it was pointless because the driver never brought it. He did not even drive to my address because i did not have a notice on my mail box. Online i found a massage that the customer was not at home. I called 800 number and lady from customer service told me that there was nothing the they could do and package would be delivered tomorrow. FedEx does really suck. How can they write the message the customer was not at home if i waited for the package. I highly recommend to everyone "Do not use FedEx".

FedEx deliveryman ignores directions, customer service thinks I'm lying
I was sent an iPad via FedEx ground. I live in a condo in a large house. The house is divided into four parts. The front door is unattended and cannot be answered by me. I live around back, and nobody hears or can answer the front door. I have my own door, and there is a note prominently displayed on the front door for FedEx, saying, "Dear FedEx, please deliver [name omitted], Unit 2, around the side." Somebody is home every day, all day. The first day, I went to the front door that night and found that FedEx had been there, and put a "Door Tag" on the door, saying "Could not deliver." They put the door tag *over my message about delivering to the side*. I then put another big *poster sized sheet* on the door, saying "[name omitted], Unit 2, please deliver to side door". I got a second "Missed you" tag, and I got a Final notice today. Believe it or not, this always happens with FedEx: I put a note on the door, and they ignore it. The driver just doesn't want to make the walk around the house, or he's too busy. Now the package is no longer in the FedEx system. They cannot find it by the door tag, *because the delivery guy did not scan it and link it to the door tag.* So now I am contacting the sender to get the tracking number. I called the FedEx main number to complain, but they said as they can't find the package by the door tag (because the driver didn't scan it), they *dispute that I even had a delivery*, and that maybe "somebody put the tag there as a joke." When I replied that I had three door tags, they said that maybe somebody had pulled the prank *three times.* The entire disposition of FedEx towards me shows that they just don't care, and why should they, I suppose. I don't know if it's reflected in their market cap, but UPS has always been better, nicer, and more efficient. FedEx service has been universally terrible for me. Not that they care.

I ordered a product from a co that uses Fed Ex to deliver their items. I will make sure I NEVER order from a company that uses Fed Ex. We are at a business, which clearly states the hours posted on the door. The driver came 3 days in a row either on the weekends (closed) or after hours - again closed. Never left any "we missed you". I called the company to have the package held because obviously the driver could care less and the girl on the phone was RUDE. I told her i was looking out my window at the FED EX driver leaving and NO package...she barked at me "well obviously your package isn't on that truck"...incredibyly incredibly condescending and poor attitude.

I order merchandise Shower door direct . com at ebay. Merchandise was shipped on Last Sunday and send me a tracking information on Monday. and pick up by FEDEX on Sunday. I was expect to be delivered on Monday or at least Tuesday It was not deliver by Monday or Tuesday. So I contact FedEx. The Girl at the customer service told me that it will be delivered on Thursday. It take 5 days to deliver small box from Carson, Ca to Los Angeles, Ca in which is about 20 miles. and When I contact FEDEX, customer service person blame it to Postal service.

Package listed ''out for delivery'' for a week now!!
I've had a package sitting across town in New Orleans for week now!! This is what their tracking shows!! I called this morning to the Fedex office to find out when they are going to deliver it. They told me they would check it out and call me back, I said that is not good enough, I want the manager's name of the New Orleans terminal and their number .The guy on the phone said no he isn't giving that to me because he doesn't have that informtion! BS!! That location is Saint Rose LA. I googled " fedex saint rose la phone number" and got a number. What bothers me are the customer service people that think it is 1960, that we don't have the internet. We can't find information if they don't tell us!!Just tell 'em whatever nd get 'em off the phone! When a company has given poor service the problem can be compounded by how they handle it when they drop the ball, but if you need shipping in New Orleans you might try someone else other than fedex!!

THEY SUCK!!!!
i was told i would receive my package in 3-5 days max.i still have not received it, when i called to ask about it they forgot to mention the fact that they put me down in the smart shipping,which only delivers to the post office in your area. HOW THE *** IS THAT SMART.SMART WOULD BE DELIVERING MY PACKAGE ON TIME TO MY HOUSE.NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY THE POST OFFICE THAT IT WILL TAKE 2-8 FOR THEM TO SHIP IT TO ME AND IF I STILL DO NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE THEY WILL GIVE ME A CASE NUMBER?NEVER SHIPPING WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.AND MAKE SURE ANYONE I KNOW DOES NOT EITHER.

One month ago, a birthday present was to be sent to the US via Fedex. The parcel got to as far as the airport in US before the paperwork had to be supplied THREE times and always lost. After daily emails (with no reply), multitude of attempts to resolve what was a SIMPLE situation and their utter incompetance, I repeated myself over and over again and even contacted the shipment centre in the UK to endeavour to create communication. Basically, the final straw was that my parcel was not going anywhere and I had to pay for it to be returned to myself which only happened yesterday. As for Fedex writing a little statement as to 'Please contact their customer service department' !!! My advice?? Not worth the passing thought! I have contacted their customer service department almost daily for about two weeks. They can't help or don't even reply.

BAD SERVICES IN FEDEX PERU
Bad services or FEDEX in PERU 1.- No opportune information about information required to clear customs in Peru 2.- Excessive and unfair additional costs for their "BAD" services. delay was caused by FEDEX in Peru but they claimed that we had to pay for additional storage. 3.- We Chose FEDEX for an Urgent delivery from China to Peru and after one month we didn't receive the material. Their agent in Peru (SHARFF GROUP) just said that the documents were under evaluation form their technical dept. 4.- SHAREF group threaten us saying that if we want to complain and not pay for their services our material will be lost.

I ordered a package that i did not recieve
I ordered a package and it was shipped through FedEx. After I didn't receive the package I looked online and it said it was left at my front door two days prior, which was a lie because I was home all day. When I called to say I didn't receive my package they said they would call me back within two hours but never did. After a couple of days I called back but all they could say is they sorry.She also continued to say it was delivered, but I told her that it wasn't. They were not help trying to solve my problem. Where is my package and credit card information? I guess I'm taking a loss because of their mistake.

They sent package to my town and then sent it away again!
FedEx is dumb. First of all my package was sent to my town but then sent back to a town a couple hours away! Then they sent it to a town an hour away after that and then it said it left the facility. And was supposed to arrive today but no package and no updated info since Saturday morning at 5:30 am either! Complete ***. I believe they've lost my package and I'm going to have to file a complaint. Ill give them one more day to either send it or update info and if not I'm definitely assuming lost. :/

FEDEX has the worst customer service of all times
It is Saturday and I have been waiting all day for a delivery package it is now 4:00pm and still no package. The company cannot give me a delivery window or time. The service is contracted out and FEDEX do not have any oversight on what these contractors are doing. The delivery hours for the drivers are anytime the driver feels like delivering, this is absolutely ridiculous who wants to open their door for a delivery all times of the night (10:00pm) or wasted an entire day today waiting for my packages. I am so unhappy with the service this company offers.

Female rep at FedEx called me back up, with a phone number to the "Agent" and an address. Turns out they sent it to another shipping company named Arm Transfer. Turns out that the female Rep at FedEx was given additional information to pass onto me but she didn't think...

The person shipping your item chose to ship via smart post. FedEx gets the package to your city, and then hands it off to the USPS.
FedEx does not deliver your package to you! Take that up with the person who shipped your item or don't be such a cheap *ss and pay for quicker shipping, ***!

I frequently see shipping delays whenever FedEx Smartpost is used. Packages routinely arrive in my hometown at the FedEx facility and instead of being sent out for delivery they get sent out to different FedEx facilities in nearby cities for no good reason other than to delay delivery.
In the past year I have watched this happen to 17 of the 23 packages that were sent via FedEx SmartPost, and in each case had the package been sent out for delivery when it was first received at the FedEx SmartPost facility I would have gotten the packages days before the initial estimated delivery date.
So FedEx determined the shipping method in which you were to receive your package? I highly doubt it.
Most likely, and I will say this only to leave room for some errant possibility I could be wrong, whichever company you ordered your package from, shipped it SmartPost, neglecting to tell you the correct length of time for a SmartPost shipment.
In addition, FedEx only handles the delivery from the shipment originator to the Post Office and then from the Post Office to the final recipient. This was a cost-effective option that the original company shipping the package made, so your negative views are misplaced on the wrong company.
