My package has been stuck at R-CDG hub in France for days and is listed as an Exception.
It's a 2" wood carving of the Holy Family (Joseph, Mary and Baby Jesus) for my 95-year-old mother. A mini Nativity carving from HolyArt in Italy as a (pre) Christmas present.
The shipping I paid for should have it arriving no later than 12/18/23.
The FedEx website has no info as to why an Exception was slapped on the package so it cannot be fixed.
Previous customers have noted that when this happens it can take months, and at times will never arrive.
FedEx no longer employs human beings to answer phones, which was one of the reasons I used them. They're now as inept at delivery as UPS and USPS.

I have already made a complaint a few times within a week about my package being delivered to the wrong adresss i have not been giving any new update on where my package is or if have been found I would like to start end process with getting me a refund I dont want the package anymore and would like my money back its been a week any you guys have investigated absolutely nothing about my missing package that you guys delivered to the wrong address I cant get in touch with customer service and Im ready to be refunded and done with this situation it should not take a full week to figure out where my package is

Delivery expected on Jan 17. I received an email and text every day indicating delivery would occur that day.
I finally cancelled delivery on the 30th. We did have bad weather for 5 days and understand a delay but why keep sending messages to indicate delivery every day?
Received thawed and stinky pizzas on 1/30 that should have been delivered 1/16. Why deliver them when it says right on the box PERISHABLE with a must deliver by date?
Delivery to the wrong address happens 8 out of 10 times with FedEx. It does not happen with USPS or UPS.
Only FedEx.
Customer service will only tell you what you can see with the tracking # online. Don't expect any help from them.
