Fedex has been a nightmare over the last 6 months.I payed for a product back in April from China that was $300.

I didnt recieve the package and I didnt get a customs letter for 2 months. I had called fedex multiple times because the product that i purchased would go bad within a couple of months. Here i am in November having had finally gotten to pay the customs fee 2 weeks ago. 6 months later.

The customs fee was $115. Now following the tracking of the package, I called fedex yet again to see what the hold up was. Apparently fedex sent the package back to the sender back in May!!! And never decided to notify me as they made a new tracking label and wouldnt tell me before I paid the customs fee.

They wont refund me the $115 custom fee AND because of them waiting so long I cant even get a refund for the $300 from the seller.

I am so mad!!!I will never use their service again!!!

Bwahahahaha.

FedEx is only a symptom of the problem.

Your buying from China is the real culprit.

Your complaint is now with the seller.

I hope you speak fluent Chinese.
