They have the Worst Delivery Service

I ordered a platform bed, which was not cheap! Delivery was scheduled for Feb 4

I check tracking and it says address is wrong I contact fed ex 4 days in a row and the shipper also contacted them 2 times, everyone tells a different story & will correct the address, apparently this is shipped in 3 separate boxes.

I get 1 and no others. Fed Ex customer service calls and explains the delay, another story! Now I see the tracking on on pkg. went from Maryland to Chicago,to Countryside IL, to Kohaka Mo,to Alva NM, to Luguna NM,to Amboy Ca,to Stocktom Ca to Tracy Ca.

I live in Valparaiso IN.

which is 45 miles from Chicago.....lot of waisted money for shipping.

Their customer service reps are very polite but dont get the job done.

I really see why Amazon Prime may be taking over the entire delivery service. I can order from Amazon and get shipping on my porch the very next day, why can they do this and Fed Ex has been in business for many years and still can't get it right!

When I was still on Facebook, there was a group there that told many stories about how unreliable FedEx is. All those stories deserved top billing in major newspapers all over the country because they show constantly how little they care about the recipients who end up the victims of their dishonesty and the fraud that they dare to peddle as "service." As bad as USPS has become thanks to Trump's plot to destroy it so people could not vote by mail, it is still several steps ahead of FedEx. If they end up shutting down because of their poor service, I will not shed a tear.

Honking by fedex when they enter a driveway for no reason

Some drivers of fedex honk when they enter a driveway to drop off a package in the neighborhood, which is quite dense, so it is a nuisance and annoying, since it seems there is no purpose for this. Packages are dropped off even if no one is home (I have watched the driver drop off packages even if no one comes to the door), so there seems to be no reason for the honking. I think the honking is unnecessary and disruptive in a crowded neighborhood and I wish it would stop.

I think it's pretty sad when you're promised a delivery and the reason you can't hold your promise is because a label can't be read especially when it's more than one item

Package has not been delivered on number of occasions

Waiting for my urgent for last 2 days. Had to take 2 non paid day off from work. No one turned up on first delivery but received message saying Fed ex tried to deliver( absolute lie , no one rang door) . Left message on Fed ex website to leave my package in front of my door. Today Fed Ex could not deliver( leave package at door step) again. Delivery driver even have not tried to attempt to deliver. FedEx is absolutely not reliable to send your post. Try to avoid, there possible

If I could give them a negative star I would. My packages were supposed to be delivered in February 23rd.

Everyday I get a message saying it will arrive by the end of the day. So I call them on February 27th they say it will be delivered on February 28th. Again got a message saying by the end of the day. Still did not arrive I was told that it was not delivered because no one was home to revieve it never heard that before so I waited all day on March 1st I was told it was on the truck and would definitely be delivered today at 5: 45 pm I got a message saying we attempted to deliver your package at 5:41 pm and no one was here to receive it as I am sitting on my couch with the front door open.

I call customer service naturally I was upset the customer service rep said they tried to deliver it. Now you will have to wait until tomorrow when I asked to talk to a supervisor he said there is no supervisor I no longer wish to help you I am hanging up now and hung up.on me.

Package delivered left on top of my trash barrels at bottom of driveway.

A package was left on top of my trash barrels at the bottom of my driveway; they were there to be picked up by public trash pickup and had not yet been dumped. If I had not seen the package, it would have been automatically picked up by mechanical dumpster and gone to the dump. I called and put a complaint in and the Case # 032370****; tracking #271108****25. This is probably why so many packages never are received by customers. This is totally unacceptable. After seven days of repeated calls, FedEx paid the duties and taxes. The package was released from customs and delivered two days later..

FedEx is disgusting. I've shipped to Nigeria using USPS and DHL.

I decided to open a FedEx business account, because the shipping office is located near me. What a nightmare!
I filled out the information online, using my new account. I entered my credit card information and said to charge all duties and taxes to the credit card.
FedEx never arranged for the duties and taxes to be paid, even though customs requested the payment.
I've been lied to six times. I've had to call them eighteen times.

Most of the time, the phones aren't even working. Today, FedEx charged my credit card $512 for a package they never delivered.

The package still sits in customs, waiting for FedEx to arrange for the payment of the duties and taxes. I don't know how this company is still in business.

Over the past several years (10, most recently), Fedex cannot seem to find our house. The address is clearly posted, and GPS shows which side of the street we're on. Drivers repeatedly fail to deliver on time, sometimes days late. When they arrive, they deliver to one of three neighbors, who also display their addresses. When they find us, they deliver to a door we rarely use. UPS delivers just fine, to the door we use most.

Horrible experience with delivery and customer service.

I had a large shipment due to be delivered, signature required, within a 4-hour window of time. Because we have a large house, I went outside to leave a sign for the delivery person, notifying them that we were home and that they needed to knock loudly so that we could hear them As I put up the sign, I see a FedEx truck drive past a street perpendicular to ours.

I decide to hang out by the door and wait, thinking a delivery is imminent.

As I sit by the door, I receive a text from the FedEx delivery service stating that my delivery for today was unsuccessful, and a reattempt would happen the next business day. I am dumbfounded by this, since nobody came to the door. All entry points are checked and there isn't a delivery attempt notice attached to any door. I decide to call customer service, in the hopes that the delivery person can swing by again.

I speak with an individual who starts off with the usual customer service inquiries.

I tell them what happened and my request. I let them know that I had been waiting around by the door, because it is a large package that needs to be signed for. I then hear snickering from the customer service agent and the response of: Sorry, but I just love hearing stories about "large package." I am speechless at this point and don't respond to the clear sexual joke being made.

The customer service agent then asks me if I could drive to a FedEx location to pick up the package. I tell them no, the package is too large to fit into my car.

Again I am met with snickering and another comment: "well, we want to make sure you can fit that package in. Do you have someone who can help make it fit?" More snickering...I respond with more silence.

In the end...after going through a bunch of useless questions and sexual harassment by the customer service agent, I am told that the driver attempted to deliver to the wrong address, that FedEx would not attempt another delivery until the next business day, and that I have a wonderful new "Claim" number to reference if there are other issues with the delivery.

Am I annoyed about the delivery situation? Absolutely. It is going to screw up another work day for me.

However, I am more upset by the treatment from the customer service agent.

No person deserves to be on the receiving end of harassment like that. It is completely unacceptable.

Preferred solution: I would like my item delivered, an apology and proposed solutions on sexual harassment training for FedEx employees. Clearly what may already be set in place is not sufficient enough.

My package is exempt from customs. Other shipping companies know how to work with customs: even postal service. I sent them all the info needed to work with customs (more than needed by postal service), and they still refused. Also had a bad experience with FEDEX shipping to the Philippines. The package couldnt be tracked, and FEDEX didnt tell me they had received it. By the time I got their contact info, they charged an exorbitant daily storage fee.

I am missing my package for the second time, First time happened when i ordered from ASOS company $83 worth of clothes and now from 32 degrees, $92 worth of clothes are missing. It happens only when the FedEx is handling the delivery for the company. Never happened with Amazon, or any other clothing lines using UPS. Only FedEx!! I have lost my $175, I want that to be reimbursed.

Very IneptDelivery Service

I ordered an item from Amazon, FedEx was used and I never got it at all. I got an email saying it shipped on the Jan 14th, 2022 and expected delivery was between the 18-22 of Jan, 2022.

Well I checked the status on the 18th of Jan and said it was delivered on the 14th of Jan. I had not seen any package, so I check around my apartment building and no package. I am blessed to stay in a place, where we don't have package bandits. There have been packages sitting for weeks and no one will mess with it, so I know no one took it.

I put in a claim with useless FedEx, and they tell me that it said delivered and closed the case. How can something ship and be delivered same day, and it's coming from two very different states? That should have been an alert, inept FedEx.

I reached out to the seller, and they were very nice and gave me a refund. For me, it was not about the money, it was the product I wanted.
