December 14th I ordered some merchandise from Amazon the payment went through delivery date was Monday the 18th 2023 delivered by 8:00 p.m. the driver for FedEx got sidetracked and rerouted the merchandise for December the 19th be delivered by 8:00 p.m. around 2:00 in the afternoon I'm watching my ring door for the merchandise I got a notification for Amazon said delivered with no signature needed open up my door no merchandise I looked at the ring camera FedEx driver walking away with the merchandise after he put into the computer system that I received the merchandise I'm so tired of these's people lying and saying they delivering these's packages but they're actually keeping the merchandise ues Amazon is refunding the money but it's the principal I can't trust these's worker's when I order merchandise from any company in 2023 I have had so much merchandise stolen from me and I live in a senior citizen apartment complex I cannot afford to lose my life or get hurt over merchandise because they hire these's people and they run a background check but they're untrustworthy and very dangerous the sad thing about it they don't even know what's in the packages they keep them anyway ,

Deplorable service
I do business with a company that only uses fedex. They do not give me the option to pay additional to use different carrier.
Every...single...shipment is a total fiasco. Package is always "delayed", when it finally reaches Memphis (hub) , it is delayed again, AND unaccounted for, usually due to "weather issues"...
When I have attempted to contact customer service, if I am successful in reaching a human, they are in some call center in another country, English is not their first language, nor do they even pretend to be remotely interested in helping you. It feels as though they are reading a script, very poorly I might add, and they only parrot back information you already know and have read on their sorry tracking system. Which by the way, as of this morning, I received notification that after sitting in the FedEx center for over a week, my package had finally started moving and had left the airport of the country of origin, and their tracking also confirmed this, however, several hours later, I check again and tracking shows that the package is in the originating city...
No mention of the airport customs clearance etc as it was this morning. Absolutely enraging!
Fedex! Hire people with at least a basic grasp of the English language to work on your English speaking phone lines...better yet, stop outsourcing!
Hire people who can stay awake during their shift.
Extremely poor service, right down to the idiot truck drivers who throw the boxes against my house... Un-effing-real.

I live in a typical area. Major outskirt of a major city, urban, good roads, safe, etc.
UPS, USPS, Amazon have had zero problems with hundreds of deliveries. Fedex has delivered maybe a dozen times here. Twice the packages were destroyed after major delays, one just lost, all but one other package was late and those larger than a letter they can't be bothered to walk 5 feet to the steps of the house and rather leave the packages leaning against the garage door like some effort to get them destroyed. Today was yet another.
Its somehow in a city 10 miles from me and out for delivery, then suddenly in Arlington TX 800 miles away in like 2 hours, then its in another city 10 miles from after about 1 hour then its back in Arlington TX 800 miles away. I already know the outcome of this. This package is going to be lost or destroyed if delivered and it will be a tooth and nail fight going through the claim that even if it succeeds will take nearly a year and dozens of follow ups to rectify. I have no clue how Fedex remains in business when in competition with the likes of UPS and USPS.
I'd pay at least 50% more for shipping if vendors would allow me to NOT pick Fedex. It really is that bad.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN INTERNATIONAL JOKE
I recently had a highly frustrating experience with FedEx's customer service that left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. The issue arose when I realized I had made an error in the delivery address for an item I purchased online while using my workplace's internet server.
What followed was a series of unhelpful and contradictory responses from the FedEx customer service call center at 1-(80*) ***-****.
One of the most glaring issues I encountered was the inconsistency in the information provided by different representatives. Every time I called, I was given a different set of instructions, none of which proved to be actually useful in resolving my problem. It became evident that the call center is not located in America, making communication challenging due to both language barriers and a lack of authority to make any real changes in the system.
Despite my numerous attempts, and even the sender's persistence with three calls, FedEx failed to provide a satisfactory solution. I desperately needed them to hold the package for pickup, correct the delivery address, or at the very least, return the package to the sender.
Unfortunately, none of these options were made available to me. To make matters worse, the package continued to be marked as 'out for delivery' to an incorrect address that doesn't even exist, resulting in a loss of $289 plus shipping costs.
This experience has left me with a strong sense of frustration and disappointment. It's disheartening to see a company of FedEx's stature provide such subpar customer service, with representatives who seem unable to offer consistent and helpful information. The inability to make essential changes, coupled with the lack of cooperation in resolving a simple address issue, has left me questioning FedEx's commitment to customer satisfaction.
In conclusion, my recent encounter with FedEx's customer service has been nothing short of a letdown.
For anyone dealing with address-related issues or seeking reliable assistance, I strongly advise against relying on FedEx's customer service call center.
The overall experience has been a waste of time, money, and effort, and unfortunately, it reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

Im not ok with that. Nor should FedEx but I am learning the hard way they think its ok and its not.
You do not steal someones hard work and and not make right. I just want my package or proper revenue. Proper refund on the low side is $2096 not $24.
It is not my problem that your employees stole our package or wrote incorrect information on it when they didnt listen to what the sender said Mr. Cipto was in contact with me when he was actually sending the package and he was getting very frustrated at the fact that the agent was not listening to what he was saying and just kept rushing him and pushing him and said I know what to do. I know what to do well, apparently he didnt know what to do now that theres a problem we have incurred the loss.
Again, another FedEx problem an untrained employee and we are supposed to suffer. We are not going to suffer.
I do not want to hear that because the agent wrote some thing that wasnt what it was that we are out all this and some of those items in the box were one-of-a-kind, the problem must get rectified I dont care what the agent wrote. Its incorrect. I have provided all documentation and pictures that after that happened thats when the package was stolen. Ive heard all kinds of crazy answers as to what the issue is why they dont know why they do you know why but they refunded me $24 well, I cant except that and I will not except that so whatever supervisor you need to go to to show them that this is the problem so that the other remaining $2096 -$24 can be refunded or in addition we need to do that.
I am currently on agent number 65. Do you think that this is appropriate?
You have made attacks at my business by doing this cost me refunds, so Im out even more money, and you have made marks on my business reputation from the carelessness and inadequate employees.
Its time that you fix this and make it right because I do intend to seek legal counsel and I am reporting it to the local TV stations. They have little segments where they protect they go after people that scam people.
It is quite shameful that one must take months and hours of their time to prove some thing that you provided all the proper documentation and youre still fighting for something thats yours thats right, so basically what youre saying to me is is that your company has no accountability that its OK. Someone can just steal packages and contents and theres no retribution and get a paycheck in benefits.
I think Id like to work for your company.
Id like to be able to not be accountable for my work or my horrible actions and get paid for and reward it sounds great.
I will expect that you will take this to a higher level and his supervisor and explain it. I can provide all the documentation the emails and the bizarre answers that I have received from all of these agents now one or two I could see maybe theyre not train but now were getting up and very high numbers to be receiving the answers that Im receiving.
I think you and I wait your answer to speak to a supervisor.
