Probably one of the worst expierences dealing with on line promps. You will NEVER talk to a real human ever. I was billed well over my original $38. and a few cents after my package was delivered.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were able to get FedEx to uphold their guarantee.
At 5:00, it still wasn't there. So I called again and the man told me it would be delivered tomorrow. So I told him to send it back to me because the person it was sent to was leaving today.
Very frustrated. And I hope I will not have trouble getting my money back, because they claim they tried to deliver it Saturday, but the person I sent it to was there all day and at any rate, there was no signature required, so why didn't they just leave it?

On October 24, 2023 I had my medication FedEx to me in Be!ize Central America. It was supposed to arrive November 2.
It costs $238 including taxes And it took 9 days. I could have drove to Belize in less time. From Florida it only takes 7 hours to get to Belize. On November 2nd I received a text message from FedEx that my package had arrived and it was clearing customs.
I called the FedEx office and asked If my package was there, and what time they closed. The woman confirmed to me that it had arrived and the office closed at 3:30 pm. I went to the local FedEx office in San Pedro town to pick up my package, and I was told my package was still in Belize city. When I called the FedEx number I thought I was calling the San Pedro office.The woman who answered the phone did not identify where the office was, she just said "FedEx." The tracking number did not work and it took an additional 3 days with me calling the corporate office almost historical because I was going to run out of my blood thinning medication on 06 November.
Without my blood thinners I am susceptible to getting blood clots and having a stroke. In addition to the $238 it cost to have my meds FedExed to Belize, I had to pay $60 in duties to get my medication, which I get free from the VA because I am a 100% disabled vet. It took a total of 12 days.This is poor customer service and the founder of Fedex, Fredrick would not be happy with this type of subpar service The Customer service people in Belie are untrained and unfriendly, and they need to be retrained in proper customer service procedures, and how to properly answer the telephone. In addition, the local office will not call or send an email to let you know your package has arrived.
Thuere is no delivery in San Pedro because they don't have street addresses! The tracking tool did not work, it was still showing my package on the mainland in Belize City after I had picked it up!
