Warn People Pet theft

Sept. 8th,21/ My 60 lb tortoise forced his cage door and was sunning at the top of my driveway. So I sat with him. I went in the house to get my cell phone. A delivery came FED EX and in the 7-min time span The tortoise was gone. Tortoise did not run off. out of sight ..........Ocala FL Driver.

Delayed shipping

It took three days to travel from one town to the next 12 miles away. Stupid way of shipping. Then took two days to get to a postal office to get to me. What Idiot came up with this smart post? Not very smart for the customer.

Delayed Delivery

My shipment was already coming a day late. Shows on truck for delivery. It's getting late so i check the tracking and it shows it will be here on the next business day. First it says next business day (that would be Monday) but it also says Tuesday for next delivery attempts. Second it says delivery was attempted but the customer was unavailable or business was closed. I'm not a business and all of my other Sams orders have been left on my porch, so why not this one? ANDDDD someone was home. So don't lie at least.

AWFUL customer service and EVEN WORSE at delivering packages

FWSmith@***.com; executiveservices@***.com, ir@***.com I WOULD RECOMMEND LOOKING UP THEIR EXECUTIVES emails (I provided some that I have) and complain directly. Maybe if they receive enough complaints they will actually start delivering customer service AND packages; instead of "ooops cant find your package. " with no care!! OR better yet - they are many competitors entering the market to compete with FEDEX - STOP USING FEDEX!

Refused to deliver - said they were too busy

Expected delivery got pushed out several days. I called to ask why. I was told that I had requested the delay. I asked to speak to a manager. He (Edward) said they are too busy to deliver packages on time. All of these outsourced employees were rude and their English was very poor. No way I was talking to a manager. They are trying to sell more deliveries but cannot or WON'T do the work. Long times on hold, cry baby "managers"........Come ON FedEx! Pay US folks to do the job right! Try to be a little professional! Don't push to sell more than what you can do. Don't lie and try to pawn off the lack of work by saying the customer requested a delay. SUCK!!!! Will not shop with FedEx as the shipper going forward. This isn't the first issue with these numb nuts.

They lost my package

They lost a very important document. I was trying to get a letter from Them staying that they lost the shipment so I could get a new original. I made a complain by mail, and call customer service every day for two weeks. Still waiting for an answer

Undelivered package

If I am paying for delivery I expect delivery. Why do the drivers not have phones? Condos with fobs mean privacy and protection. This means the driver requires a phone to call the unit. I have never heard of such a mess! Your package cannot be delivered because of this? I pity the drivers who work for this so called business.

I sent a letter to Fed Ex asking why the computer that shows to be delivered has not been and they have not responded.

Delivery is ridiculous

I order stuff all the time and about a good 3rd of orders I have to get replacement if possible or refunded. I had 6 last month and I had to file on 2 already this month and looks like now maybe a 3rd and 4th, because they show delayed at my local hub, which is where it seems all the problems start. I wish shippers would use someone else, but no matter how much money they lose, they persist in using them. It doesn't matter if we can get money back, it takes up to 10 days for refund.Use someone elseUse

Undelivered and mis-delivered packages

I ordered two items from one company at the exact same time. They were being shipped in a total of 4 boxes. They were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, instead 2 of them were delivered the following Thursday to my next door neighbor. Thankfully I saw them sitting in her driveway and I retrieved them myself. Then one more was delivered to me on Saturday, and who knows where the 4th package currently is. Its amazing businesses still use this company!

We are a business and receive freight daily. Eric Bowman the driver, delivered the package into our shop, wanted signature in the office and when that was refused because of poor delivery and no inspection, removed the package and took it with him No way to talk or complain to Fed Ex or get the package that cost thousands returned

We called to ask for procedure to have another assume the lease of our ESCAPE , We complied filling out the forms and faxing them to FORD MOTOR CREDIT 3 times, in regular USPS mail 1time and through e-mail 2 times. each time we called to check the status they claimed not having received claimed not having received seems fax machines are not and to repeat. also
