Fedex SmartPost isn't smart at all. I am not sure if the package will even arrive yet so I put the plus sign after the 9 days.
I could have driven 15 hours to get the package and Fedex Smartpost has had it for nine days. Pretty sad. At this point Fedex is averaging about 110 miles per day. Most delivery services would fire a driver that can only go 110 miles per day.
I did not choose this delivery method, it was the way the company chose to replace their defective product. So I guess they knew that SmartPost would be very slow and they didn't care.
It must have been cheap for them so I guess the saying (you get what you pay for) is true. Very disappointing.
