It's not my first negative experience with FedEx. I received a final notification 5 days ago that my package wasn't delivered to my apartment because nobody was at home.
I called 800-**, the delivery was rearranged, and I waited it in the arranged day, but around 4.30pm I was phoned and told that a driver didn't know the buzz code. Why did the clerk whom I called the first time didn't ask me about buzz code, or the driver didn't call me? So, I wasted my time - lost a day, and was recommended picking up my item from them. As I said, it's not the first time, and I already did pick up my items several months ago, it's needed to spend my extra time and gasoline.
I'd like to ask if I pay for a delivery, my package must be delivered.
Solution for that is just a phone call! I think the company has to have a responsibility before it's clients.
