Never again. I will never use Fedex.

I will never shop with a seller that uses Fedex for shipping. It isn't just that my Express Saver package isn't here a day after the delivery date, it's that it's pretty much impossible to get in contact with a real person who has any bearing on the driver. The email support isn't timely either. I didn't get a reply.

When you submit a complaint on the website, FedEx sends you an automatic e-mail that states "We received your message and are routing it to the person at FedEx who is most qualified to answer. We HOPE to be back with you shortly. " . I have no forgiveness.

There was no inclement weather. I can't even get in contact with someone to ask for money back, LOL.

What the ***. I HOPE I get my god *** package.
