Fedex is the only company where there customer service department argues with customers and gives contradictory information. They refused to connect me to their Keaseby location because he kept insisting that they were closed.

I repeated mentioned that I called yesterday at this time, was connected and someone picked up. I'm sorry, I especially don't believe you because the recording says that they close 1/2 hour from now. When I called back, another agent gave me the phone number. I called and someone picked up.

I couldn't believe that the first guy didn't even bother to try. Wish that I had his name so I could include it in this rant.
