This is probably the 20th package via FedEx that has failed to arrive on time! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

Every time they are at fault they try to blame it on the company which the package is coming from or even the CUSTOMER! My package was suppose to be shipped out on a Thursday yet FedEx said they never received it and will ship it out Monday & blamed it on the company I ordered from. After checking with the company, they had PROOF that FedEx received the package on time and failed to put it on their truck for delivery!

I contacted FedEx again to verify this and was hung up on twice then on the third call was told they weren't sure where my package was at the time or when it will be shipped, I needed to check my tracking number via website on Monday. I payed an extra fee to have my package over nighted for a big competition this weekend, FedEx ONCE AGAIN FAILED!

I'm in the same boat.

Been waiting a week over the stated delivery date.

Fedex blames it on USPS, USPS blames it on Fedex.
