The lady who is the Manager is also from India.She will greet the Caucasian customer with enthusiasm and "Hi, how can I help you".To me she just ignores me, looks at my face with a bored or could not give a *** look. I would say that this has happened to me a dozen times, YES DOZEN. So I want to ask Fed Ex "Am I defective???
