I can see that my package is heading to the wrong place. FedEx has the correct address because when I use their tracking it clearly states that the package destination is Arizona.

The package was from California. It is now in New Jersey and states that it will be delivered today. Clearly it is headed to the wrong place. However when I try to contact them I get the run around with their automated system and it ultimately hangs up on me.

I have tried to get through the automated system to reach a representative 4 times. They do not have a live chat option or any other way to contact someone that could possibly be helpful. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

At least when I call the cable company, they may be awful, but I can at least speak to a human. This is beyond infuriating.

User's recommendation: Use UPS.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
