It was shipped on 1-21-2021, arrived in Shenzhen on 1-26, and
yet till today 1-29, we were told that it's still at customs.
Fedex customs clearance dept told me that normally Fedex
don't deliver on weekends. If we wished to receive the parcel on
Saturday, we need to call Fedex service# and require that.
So
we did, as CNY holiday is coming, all workers will be off on Feb
4, which left us no much time left for handling the sample
making.
And Fedex service told us that if we wished the parcel be
delivered on Saturday, we have to pay 190 # for it, extra money
for a parcel delivered from 1-21 to 1-30???
We understand that now with covid, many parcels got delayed,
and everyone of us is doing our best to cope with that. But what
Fedex does to cope with above situation? Asking for extra
money for a parcel they spent 10+ days to deliver???
Unbelievable!!!
Complaint points:
1.
Fedex system, too rigid, no communications at all among different depts.
2. Receptionist only speaks by the book, not helping at all.
Monetary Loss: $81000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
