I was trying to make a shippment from France to my house in Chicago, it turned out to a nightmare with Fedex customer service, unpolite unprofessional, they even closed the line while i was trying to understand what happened to my shippment after 1 and half month of waiting, very bad attitude, I made a complain and no body responded, I subscribed to un update on my email of how the shippment process is happening, i didnt receive any update, no communication at all from them, long holding time to reach a representative, veryyy bad attitude of customer service that receive calls, first and last time to deal with Fedex, the market is full of shipping companies, now I know y they have 1500 claim on this website only, please look into DHL reviews and see the difference.
