FedEx usually delivers my dog's food every two weeks perfectly. Last week, food did not arrive on schedule.

Tried to track shipment. Vague info. Called company that ships. They assured me that the shipment wasn't lost, just delayed because of holiday rush.

By Thursday evening, tracking said it would be delivered Friday. Waited all day. At night tracking said unable to deliver, nobody home. Not true.

No notice on door, no safety issues, no need to sign for package. Today, tracking once again said it was on truck and email notification said it would be delivered today. Nothing. Called at 9:45.

Told it was on truck and was still coming and to call if it wasn't here by 10 PM. Nothing so called back. Told no delivery tomorrow or Monday so delivery on Tuesday.

If they are so behind, why not keep delivering on Sunday and Monday and why lie and say it is on the truck and/or couldn't be delivered. Better to be honest than to make excuses.

This person wrote the review because of problem with delivery at Fedex. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Fedex to have the product delivered.

The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
