I have had 2 problems with Fed ex over a 1 year span.
Both occurred in DEC the first was a lost item had to go to the seller to
get it straight.
Then this week Fed ex tracking said items were in Baltimore MD
on Sat. Dec. 6 I finally got to talk to a supervisor after almost 20 min!
then he gave me the run around about the holiday.
What a crock! FedEx needs a wakeup call! in my job if that were me I would have been fired Never trust their tracking.
I will never ship with then again!
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to "someone needs to be held accountable". The author is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. The most disappointing about fedex shipping from FedEx was not consistent customer service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
