It was a surprised for me to find the bad service Quality of FedEx KSA, my international priority pkg delayed for 3 days because as per FedEx they got wrong delivery address details while merchant sent copy of invoice with complete correct address along with my mobile #.I followed up on my own with FedEX and made correction, apparently as per them it take 24 hours to update in their system, strange!

In spite of the confirmation for next day delivery, still shipment delayed!

And I am trying my level best to expedite, however, seems difficult.

Enclosed snapshot from the invoice having complete Delivery address.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Delivery practices.
