1. The options on the website to change delivery options don't work2. The representative taking a request to change from a 'deliveryto a 'pickup' doesn't mention that this change is irreversible. Normally one may not need to change options once selected, in my case the package delivery date was delayed by FedEx by 6 days. In case there's a delay, the recipient may want a different option... 3. There's a link on the FedEx website to leave feedback - that doesn't work either.
Summary:Their user experience is terrible. They make tall claims towards delivery flexibility but only when you try to use them do you realize that they're not flexible at all.
Overall:In this instance, the seller picked the shipper but for my next purchases I am going to insist that the seller NOT use FedEx. If they don't have any option, I'll decide if I need the item badly enough to offset the poor and sad FedEx user experience.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of website options not working and incompotent employees. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex delivery service. FedEx needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
