The courier persons turns up at the door and asks for a payment .When the person at the door calls me to confirm if this payment is to be made , the courier boy dissappears.

He did not come back inspite of assurance from the helpline and I suffered losses due to the non delivery of the packet which had to be handed over .I am still struggling to get assistance but they have shut down for the night and I have lost faith. DO NOT USE FEDEX .

The service is poor and unexpected.They will also ask you to pay additional duties and charges so expect the unexpected
