I was suppose to get a delivery on Oct the 27th, so they sent a message on Oct 26th, saying that the package will be delivered on Oct 27th by 8pm, and since I'm the only one at home, I didn't go to work, and was waiting for the package. By 7pm I checked their web page and it was showing ( refused recipient) but in fact no body came to deliver the package. When I called their facility, they told me that the package wasn't delivered, and it was sorted wrong, and they didn't want to take responsibility and refused to compensate me for the work day that I lost $250.
