Bad services or FEDEX in PERU

1.- No opportune information about information required to clear customs in Peru

2.- Excessive and unfair additional costs for their "BAD" services. delay was caused by FEDEX in Peru but they claimed that we had to pay for additional storage.

3.- We Chose FEDEX for an Urgent delivery from China to Peru and after one month we didn't receive the material. Their agent in Peru (SHARFF GROUP) just said that the documents were under evaluation form their technical dept.

4.- SHAREF group threaten us saying that if we want to complain and not pay for their services our material will be lost.

Monetary Loss: $200.
