I'm really upset with FedEx in Jakarta, they work very slow, don't have ability to release goods from custom and their focus is only to charge extra warehouse fee to customer. It's ridiculous, I hope people in Indonesia will be more aware before choosing this useless courier company.
They just worse than post office and still dare to charge premium fee.
They love to change value of your invoice
They love to hang up the phone during the conversation and whatever you confirm by phone they never update into their system and every-time you call them you need to repeat the whole scenario again and again and again. They hardly reply your e-mail and I have instructed them by e-mail to deliver the goods to my office, however they still deliver to our showroom.
They are 100% USELESS, FedEx Head Quarter (USA) should investigate your Indonesia office before they ruin your reputation further. I heard lost of complain about your Indonesia Office and most of the customers that use FedEx never happy at all.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of staff and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. Fedex needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
