BROKE $$$ OF ELECTRONICS WITH INCOMPETENCE, REFUSED TO PAY -- My friend was sending me a printer, had the employees pack it to be sure it was done right, spent $90+ to mail it... but it arrived BROKEN! FedEx denied the insurance claim on the item, first by going to the wrong address to inspect the broken package, then by trying to quietly bury everything, denying the insurance claim while we were waiting the specified 30 days to hear back!
We've been waiting months to get our money back, and had to buy a new printer in the meantime... in total we've spent $250 in frustration, wasted money, and replacing what was busted!
