FedEx consistently ships our business deliveries coming to us via HOME DELIVERY though we are a business on a primary main street thoroughfare in Portland, Oregon. That means they attempt delivery Saturday when we are closed and then we have to wait till TUESDAY since there is no HOME DELIVERY on Monday.
Have talked to them and emailed them but this problem NEVER gets fixed!!! Emails to us today indicated that we would receive the package Monday. However, an attempted delivery was made this day which is Saturday using a HOME DELIVERY worker.
Home delivery resumes ON TUESDAY. Talks to reps from FedEx indicated that they don't have a way to tag an address as business or home (completely ridiculous in the light of today's computer technology).
