Like other people have said, this my third time that I had to pick up package from distribution center because fedex would not deliver without signature and at the time fedex will come without notice, I would be at work. They would not even text so that I can come home quickly.

So, the package which was supposed to come for next day, I got it after five days, that too, staff was also very rude. Probably staff knows their company, so that don't even bother to listen to your complaint. Does any of their employee have sense to let fedex know that they need to use technology called texting and let people know that they are coming. What is the sense in having a package from one city to another city in two hours and then hold the same package for next four days in the local location.

Do I have to teach you like baby. My five year old is better than you ugly fedex guys.

Horrible for home delivery. Ok for Business where there are tons of people who would sign.
