I shipped a package with fedex on april 14th. Package was marked for "direct signature".

However, the woman at fedex who processed my shipment never put this on the original paper work. Now, the customer claims they never received it although it is stated as being delivered. I have this insured for 150.00 but, at this point fedex wont own up to their own people making mistakes. This just goes to show how fedex workers do not read nor do they own up to their mistakes.

This mistake is going to cost them because, I will not let it rest until they own up to THEIR mistake.

Monetary Loss: $150.
