I still just not believe a billion dollar company like FedEx is acting like retards that just shows that management down to employees does not care about their job

It's been over a month since I sent my phone to Mexico to my daughters they took it to the wrong address twice then they told me I had to pay customs and duties which they didn't tell me that before now my stuff's been sitting and undelivered packages in Mexico for over a month it was supposed to be returned to me and I keep getting the runaround I've emailed the CEO I'm about to take this *** to the news companies FedEx needs to get their *** together I also have insurance on my phones and they won't let me file an insurance claim don't use FedEx do not use FedExit's better that you walk the stuff to the other country and city using themthey do not communicate with each other at all their bosses don't know anything do they hang up on you and then he don't call you back it's just run around after 1 around this is a billion dollar company and I cannot get my hundred and $thirteen back from them I'm guess I'm going to have to make some noise until I get my money back and I want to file my insurance claim they had no problem telling me about the insurance and telling me that if my stuff was not delivered or returned I can file my insurance claim now they're saying I have to wait till I get my stuff back to file my insurance claim well that's the problem I can't get my stuff back y'all just keep telling me it's in Mexico and putting me off I cannot get a straight answer from this company like your stuff in Mexican we don't know what happened to it or anyting ish's oh will send the paper to Mexico and let them know to send you your stuff stop giving me *** and tell me what's going on with my stuff God I trusted you guys this is sad you need to do something with yourselves and improve your FedEx team there are plenty of people that need jobs looks like the management down is the problem
