I got a text that my package would be delivered at the end of business day, so I figured I would be home early from work so I could sign for my package.
Well, imagine my surprise that when I got home I had a door tag saying couldn't deliver. That's because they arrived at 10:48 AM. Now I have to wait even longer for my package and hope that no harm befalls it.
Seems to me that it would be nice if they would of been a little more accurate with their timing so all parties could be happy.
After calling to have the item held I was given an address that did not show up on the web search and so I had to call to talk to an actual person to see what that was all about. It seems that the address they gave me is inside of a Walgreen's.
Wish I had known that from the beginning instead of spending more time on the phone.
Just wish customer service would return to the way it used to be,
