FedEx has the most unprofessional people working for them. I've had packages delivered by them that were so-called lost and that they couldn't get into our building which never stopped them before even after having instructions to go to the management office. I ordered car parts through Rockauto and needed them in a hurry so I had them shipped FedEx 2 Day Express. 8 Days later I still don't have my package. Their website says, "Incorrect Address". My address is correct, I've made 30 or more orders through Rockauto, FedEx ground, UPS, DHL and the U.S. Post Office have no trouble finding my house. I have taken 3 days off from work to get this package. It is costing me a bundle. And FedEx is refusing... Read more

I have now been waiting six days for an "overnight" FedEx shipment of an engagement ring that shipped on Thursday March 5th. So I get that there was snow in Memphis that day. But that doesn't begin to explain the rest: package doesn't even get to Memphis until Monday the 9th, then apparently left Tuesday at noon (36 hours later). FedEx claims there was "heavy rain" at the airport, but the weather reports indicated only light rain, so WTF?... Read more

On Wednesday, March 4, 2015, I shipped via two-day FedEx Ground (for almost $20) a $900 Canon camera from my home in Sacramento, CA to Costa Mesa, CA to a Canon Service Center for repair. Sent my little niece and nephews' gifts on Dec 10, 4 day delivery. It's now Christmas eve and no gifts. After a Fed Ex employee slapped a second mailing label incorrectly on my package, it went to Florida, not California. 5 phone calls later, including one to a supervisor who never called back when he said he would, these kids are missing some of the only gifts they were going to get. This company sucks!, few months ago, I sent to myself a new paddle from Colorado to Florida. Finally after a while waiting and tracking my package, they tell me they do not find the package and must be lost! So then we should proceed with the claim. My package is 2 days late. This wouldn't be a problem, but I payed for 2-day shipping. I was home all day the day my package was supposed to be delivered. I was listening for the door. I paid for 2 day shipping, the item didn't got deliver or the schedule date due to security reason. Schedule to delivery for next day, waited entire day to receive the item, did got deliver. Call Fedex they informed the item went back to their store facility. Ask why they have no answer. Ask to pick up by myself they mentioned you can not do that until 48 hours. I sent a package and it never arrived. I found out from the customer. I filed a claim and it was denied saying that it was packed with paper (which is not the case). I have only filed one other complaint over the years that I have used them for sending packages out. I have called back twice and was advised to send pictures of how I pack to a different address each time. Still have not heard from them. Apparently they're not serious when they say... Read more

fed ex in my opinion are the worst company I've ever had service from. 6 wrong doing in one simple transation. 1. broke glass 2.when claim was done, cust care used wrong track number 3. investigation department don't take picture of item, don't do proper notation, trash glass before claim was done. 4. coudn't find my glass after was picked up to do investigation 5. customer service have attitude, hanged up on you with no noticed, point finger...
