I shipped a Mixing console estimated value of 550 dollars and the item got damaged in shipping. Estimated cost to repair is 478 dollars.
Not only did it take them over a week and not showing up when they where suppose to and the claims agent informing that I couldn't file the claim but the store in which I shipped at had ( which is FALSE) I ecieved a check in the mail after 2 weeks of the worse customer service I have ever seen I get a check in the mail for 244 dollars. I didn't even get my shipping costs refunded fully. So as I right now I am out almost 300 because of FEDEX damages to my item and I have to ship the item AGAIN after the repair is finished for another 85.00. I can tell this has left me with a HORRIBLE experience with Fedex.
Monday I will call and talk to every supervisor, Regional Manager I have to in order to get this taken care of. They have given me false information time and time again and I have always thought very highly of them, that has changed!!!
Monetary Loss: $550.
