I am a small shipper of about 50-100 boxes a month. During the time period of Sept 26-Oct 26, 2009, I shipped about 50 boxes ranging in size, shape and weight but averaging 3 pounds.

29 times I was billed for 23 pounds and once I was billed for 10 pounds. Repeated phone calls to customer service pointing out to them that they obviously have a problem scanning and weighing ended up with absolutely no resolution. I filed a lengthy form for invoice adjustment that was never even acknowleged. Once they have it in their system that a box weighs some phantom amout, there is no getting them to change it.

I am shocked that they could take such a good customer as I am, spending $800.00 - $1,000.00 monthly and throw me under the bus.

I guess I will take my business elsewhere. In the meantime, I will make sure that everyone knows they are being CHEATED.
