I ordered a car seat and stroller 3 weeks ago for my newborn. They attempted a delivery Dec 16 and I signed off and put it up the next morning.

It's been sitting at a hub in Coppell Texas every day since Dec 17. This is 20 miles from my house. No 2nd attempt has been made. Yep 11 days and counting.

No ice or bad weather in North Texas in the last week. Every time I call the automated system I get hung up on. When I say "Lost package" that gets you through to a live body. I have been told every day now since Dec 17 I have been told it will be delivered today or tommorow.

I should have paid overnight charges BECAUSE THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER THAN HAVING TO GO OUT AND BUY A NEW CAR SEAT LIKE I HAD TO SUNDAY NIGHT. I try to be pleasant and understanding I try not to get mad when they offer empty platitudes of apologies followed up by no action.

Monetary Loss: $300.
