The package I ordered on Dec. 2 will not be delivered until Dec.
26, and it is a Christmas gift. According to the tracking information, it was in my town about 8 days ago then sent on to the FedExCenter in KC. The customer service person I talked to blamed it on the busy season. The store's website listed delivery on Dec.
8-15. FedEx isn't new to shipping......it seems like they should be able to handle the Christmas season or don't accept packages.
And THEN, the customer service representative told me you can't provide electronic feedback, you have to do it my mail. I guess they don't want to hear how bad they are.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex smartpost. FedEx needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
