I sent a package and it never arrived.I found out from the customer.

I filed a claim and it was denied saying that it was packed with paper (which is not the case). I have only filed one other complaint over the years that I have used them for sending packages out. I have called back twice and was advised to send pictures of how I pack to a different address each time. Still have not heard from them.

Apparently they're not serious when they say the packages are insured.

They also didn't want to honor the first claim that I made a few years back.I have used them for most of my shipping needs.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $85.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
