Hi, I will be informing my supplier to think about changing to another courier service. I am not in business just a consumer and I have saved long and hard to get some pennies to buy something from China that would have been 3 x the cost anywhere else.

But prevailing world recession and incredible hard working Chinese folk collide to give me something at the price I could afford.

2 days to get to Blighty and its gonner be I guess around ten days before I get what is mine. I wasn't aware that there was a hold up till 3 days after due arrival date. I FAX I EMAIL Fedex with my INVOICE and NO REPLY...

They sent an email to my supplier saying they didn't believe the duty was high enough!! They have insinuated FRAUD and LIES.

We have a 24-7 internet, we have a 24-7 air and sea freight but FEDEX decide saturday and sunday are REST DAYS as the good lord intended. SEAN CHALMERS FROM HALIFAX WEST YORKSHIRE

Monetary Loss: $1180.
