I have this shipment that need signature, fine, I will ask them to hold and pickup myself... No such option available...

the only available option is to PAY fedex for anther time delivery... ridiculous but ok I paid them and received a confirmation Email saying it will be delivered tonight 5:00-8:00 pm. I left my work early and now it is 9:15 pm and guess what, no shipment coming to my door! So I called them and was told it is their common practice to have some delay and it will be delivered tomorrow, and they refuse to refund me the amount I paid to make the change.

Ok so fedex, it is your common practice to collect money without doing your job? Because you are the biggest and do not care about customers right?
