My daughter sent me my passport by 2-day Fed Ex (as I'd forgotten it at her house). It was critical I receive it so i made sure to stay home ALL DAY the expected delivery day and to my surprise when I tracked the package during the day, the tracking information said there had been an attempted delivery but there was no one home (my words).

The site said that we should look at the door tag for instructions. There was NO door tag! No one came here, of that I'm 100% sure. Someone lied, and that bothers me more than anything.

When I went to the Fed Ex store here in town, the gentleman working there said this happens decently often. Not a good review of his own company.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Two Day Delivery Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $25.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: When it works, At this point.

I didn't like: Someone lied about delivery, Lied about item being delivered.
