I have an account with FedEx so that they will notify me via a text message upon my delivery. Here is my issue.

At anytime I get a package delivered at my residence I receive the text message. When I have a package delivered to the FedEx store front located at 2728 E. Aurora Rd. C Twinsburg, Ohio I NEVER get the text message notification.

This is very frustrating to me. On my last delivery, the only way I knew my package was delivered was when they called to say they were going to ship my package back that day. Not cool. When I ask the staff there why this is happening they all tell me they don't understand why I'm not getting the notification.

Then they tell me to call the company that is shipping to me and ask them to call me when the delivery is made. Why should they? I have an account with FedEx and THEY should be texting me. There is a problem here either its the system or the employee/delivery person.

I'm thinking its the later. Get it together FedEx.
